My husband is a red meat eater. If I serve chicken it has to be dark meat. I am trying to eat better, and so I hae been finding quick easy chicken recipes that will pass his incredibly finicky taste test.
This recipe passed the test with flying colors, even though it is made with chicken breast, he has asked for this recipe repeatedly! (which I think is a first for chicken breast).
