Simple chicken recipes for an easy home cooked meal with your family
My husband is a red meat eater. If I serve chicken it has to be dark meat. I am trying to eat better, and so I hae been finding quick easy chicken recipes that will pass his incredibly finicky taste test.
This recipe passed the test with flying colors, even though it is made with chicken breast, he has asked for this recipe repeatedly! (which I think is a first for chicken breast).

I love using my crockpot and found this really easy chicken recipe for Vietnamese chicken. It is so easy, and you can put it on before you leave the house frozen chicken and all and it will be ready when you get home. You can’t beat that.
Easy Crockpot Vietnamese Chicken
