This is a tasty salad that’s easy to make, especially if you used prepackaged lettuce and cabbage. It’s great for an entire meal, or even to take to a potluck. I was at a friends house one night when she made this. It was so elegant, but so simple! You can definitely make this for company, or just for the family on a weeknight.
