These aren’t your average chicken quesadillas. These are ramped up with some BBQ sauce and other ingredients to make them a step above your basic plain quesadilla. There are a lot of recipes that need to be tweaked before they are awesome. This is not one of them. These BBQ quesadillas are delicious just as is in this recipe.

This is a very easy baked chicken recipe. The only thing hard about this recipe is waiting for it to get out of the oven so you can bite into it! This recipe calls for you to bake it, but you can easily use your counter top grill or the outside grill to make this dish as well.

This dish is delicious and will be great for a weeknight dinner or even for company. It looks great on the plate, and you may want to choose simple sides since it is such a nice looking main dish.
