This is a super easy recipe. If you don’t want to bake up a whole chicken pot pie, this is a great option.

1 can buttermilk biscuits (plain flavored)
1 can cream cream of chicken (use Campbell’s for best flavor ~ really)
1 can veg all
2 chicken breasts, cubed (you can use more chicken if you want)
garlic powder
onion powder
salt and pepper
Brown your chicken cubes.
Add soup and veggies
Add spices and simmer until hot.
While you’re doing this cook the biscuits as directed on the can.
Serve chicken mixture over a biscuit or two and enjoy.
This is a great meal, and is perfect for cleaning out the freezer. If you’re like me and have a ton of half used frozen veggies packages you can just throw in whatever veggies you want.
I went cheap and bought generic cream of chicken soup. The flavor was a little lacking. I would really go with Campbells next time. The recipe I used didn’t call for onion/garlic powder. I added that because it was a little bland. We also made the mistake of getting honey flavored biscuits which I didn’t think was very good at all. Everyone ate it, but there were definitely things that could be improved.
