1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
In one bowl mix your sesame seeds and flour.
In a second bowl mix the egg, sesame oil and salt.
Dip your chicken in the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off, then dredge it through the flour mixture.
Heat your oil and butter in a medium sized pan over medium heat. Cook your chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until they are good and brown and cooked through.

8 oz fettucine noodles
1 10 oz box frozen sugar snap peas
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter, divided
1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 clove garlic crushed with a press
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 C sliced scallions
What you do:
Cook the fettucine according to the package. During the last two minutes of cooking throw in the sugar snap peas.
When you put the peas in get your pan on the stove and start heating up the oil, butter, ginger and garlic in a medium sized pan.
Let it heat up for a minute or so and then take it off the heat. Then stir in the sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
Toss in the pasta and peas and stir to coat. Top in chopped scallions and stir.
Great. This is a tasty chicken dish made even better with some spicy noodles. I would make this again for my family. IF you are going to add the noodles to this dish, make sure you start them before you start the chicken or your they won’t be done in time.
