Creamy Chicken Dijon

Today I’m sharing another Campbell’s soup chicken recipe. This one is for creamy dijon chicken. Like the other campbell’s soup recipes, this one is really simple and easy as well.

This recipe only has a couple steps and take 20 minutes to have it on the table for your family.

What you’ll need:

1 tbsp vegetable oil

4 boneless chicken breasts

1 can cream of celery (you can use fat free if you want)

2/3 cup water

1 tbsp dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Here’s what you do:

Heat the oil, and then brown the chicken on both sides.

Add the remaining ingredients and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan and cook until the chicken is done.  (about 5 to 10 minutes).
