These wings are delicious, sticky, gooey and sweet. They make a great game day snack or a great appetizer. You can use the sauce from these wings as a sauce to go over some rice or a side dish. Just make sure you boil the sauce for a few minutes to kill any bacteria from the chicken.

Throw the honey, soy sauce and garlic in a pan and heat to boiling.
Grab a large baking dish and arrange your wings in the bottom. Pour sauce mix over them and cover. Allow them to marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Then bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn the wings over and cook for another 30 minutes. After the hour remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes. Last step ~ take them out of the sauce and put them on a broiler pan. Bake another 10 minutes on each side.
******* To make this quick and easy ********
Use chicken strips instead of wings. Then bake for 10 minutes on each side. Take them out and put on a broiler pan. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Make up a half batch of the sauce. For the sauce you want it to be thicker so combine 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water. Mix it up and add it to the sauce. You can also add a dash of cider vinegar and a few dashes of hot sauce to give the sauce some zing.
This is really a nice appetizer and not meant to be a meal. However, if you have leftovers, and I doubt you will you could add some rice on the side and some green beans and call it a nice leftovers meal.
MMM mMMM good. These are fantastic. Adding the dipping sauce is great, as the little one loves to dip. Mind you this is a messy endeavor for little ones but it’s so good it’s worth it. You can also use drumsticks instead of wings if you are serving to little ones. I would definitely choose the drumsticks or strips for little ones. Much easier.
