This has been called the “Juicy chicken” recipe. It’s a quick, easy, inside chicken shish kabobs recipe. You can quickly put this together and have it on the table. You can also choose to marinate the chicken overnight, either way you will find this is a delicious and easy chicken dish for you and your family.

In a small pan combine your soy sauce, ginger, sherry, chicken broth, garlic powder and green onions. Let it come to a boil and then immediately take it off the fire.
Preheat your broiler.
Then make your shish kabobs. You can use metal or wooden skewers. (If you use wood, make sure you soak them for at least 30 minutes in water so they don’t catch on fire)
Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray and arrange your shish kabobs on the pan.
Drizzle the kabobs with a couple tablespoons of the liquid mixture.
Place the pan under the broiler and cook for about 3 minutes. Pull it out, add more sauce over the shish kabobs and turn them over.
Put them back under the broiler for another few minutes until the chicken is cooked through and they are a nice golden brown.
I like to make a bit of Jasmine rice, and steam some broccoli. I then server the chicken and broccoli over the rice, and then top with the remainder of the sauce.
You can also choose to add veggies right to your shish kabobs ~ say onions and green and red peppers would be nice.
We enjoyed this recipe. I think I will marinate them next time, it seemed the juice slid off the chicken and I missed out on a lot of that flavor. Next time I will mix the ingredients in a zip top bag and add my chicken to marinate overnight. I think I will add a little chopped garlic in there too. I will also add some chopped onions and assorted peppers and maybe some mushrooms (whole) that I will add to the skewers. Just remember not to use your juice as a sauce if you marinade, since it’s full of raw chicken juice. I suppose you could if you cooked it though.
