Chicken Cacciatore is a long time favorite in this house.  Tossing it in the crockpot for a set and forget meal makes it a favorite of the cook as well. This is great served over angel hair pasta.  Again this is a base recipe, although it’s good the way it’s written there’s plenty of room for you to change it to suit your family’s likes and dislikes. This chicken chili is another easy crockpot chicken recipe. It could be cooked in a pan on the stove, but I’m all about ease and simplicity. It works quite well in the crockpot and you don’t have to worry about it. I added a couple ingredients to make it a little more crockpot friendly, but I’m sure they will do fine on the stove as well.
